I’ve been visiting schools and libraries giving author readings for more than twenty-five years.
With more than a decade of experience as a school librarian, I enjoy returning to libraries to inspire children to be excited about reading the same way I was as a child.
I use powerpoint demonstrations to add visual elements to presentations. Children are drawn in by my adventures around the world and the excitement of seeing how an author researches the stories in-depth before bringing them to life in words. Since I’m also a photojournalist, I have a wide collection of exciting images to share.

I am a teacher at Biggar Central SChool 2000 and was wondering if you do Author visits/presentations in the month of April ( APril 14th to be exact) as our school has an Authors Showcase and would like to know how much you would charge to come out for a half day or a full day?
