Write Effective Web Content

Currently, Linda is teaching Write Effective Web Content, an online six-week long instructor led course.

Write Effective Web Content is offered across North America, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain and Europe through the Community College Network. The course is also offered through public libraries that carry Gale Courses.

Linda’s Teaching Credentials

Linda convocated in June, 2007, from the University of Regina, with a MV/TEd (adult education) degree. Her thesis work was on the preferred communication modes of students in nonformal online education and training.

Her undergrad degree was also in Vocational/Technical Education with a technical major in serger sewing, a general major in English, and an Education focus as a teacher-librarian.

Current Developer Assignments

Currently, Linda is an online curriculum developer in the Centre for Continuing Education and for Surge Micro-Credentials at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

  • 2003 – 2008 – Instructor for Professional Development Workshops for library staff through Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba.

  • 2000-2002 – Powered, Inc. online instructor for Writing for Children and Taking Your Small Business Online

  • 1985-2002 – Serger Sewing Consultant. Developed/wrote/taught half a dozen different sewing programs.
